I’ve won in countless tournaments, from P100 home games to $10,000 events. I’ve won major tournaments with international fields of the best of the best that the world has to offer. My tournament cashes alone, which is right now more or less almost $500,000, is a staggering number that most people can only dream about ever even earning in their whole lives.

Any obsessive player who wants to up his game would find himself devouring as many information as possible about the sport that interest him. From books to forums to video blogs, it’s impossible to miss watching online and cable shows about the best of the poker universe. And as a rule of thumb for any activity, you have to consume at least 10,000 hours of doing the same thing if you want to be the best at something. Mind you, I didn’t come up with the idea. Experts did.
